- Serving Washtenaw County's and Southeastern Michigan 's Transgender, Bisexual, Lesbian and Gay community since 1995. WRAP is a resource center that exists to build capacity for successful outcomes of educational, social and political initiatives by and for the Queers and Ally Community in the Washtenaw County area.
