- Equality Fauquier/Culpeper (EFC) is a two-county wide non-partisan organization committed to the advocacy for equal rights for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, (GLBT) questioning and straight community united for the cause of equality. We foster a freindly community for GLBT people and their friends in Fauquier/Culpeper Counties, Virginia offering support and information. EFC was founded in June of 2005.
