Edit Description	Serving Washtenaw County's and Southeastern Michigan 's Transgender, Bisexual, Lesbian and Gay community since 1995. WRAP is a resource center that exists to build capacity for successful outcomes of educational, social and political initiatives by and for the Queers and Ally Community in the Washtenaw County area. WRAP welcomes all who support its mission to participate in its activities, including annual OutFest. (Last confirmed date was 09/20/03. Future dates for this event have not been provided.)
