She has appeared on national television, and held numerous titles such as "Miss Southern Elegance 2003", "Miss Gay Louisiana America 1999"," Miss Gay Central Louisiana America 1998", "Miss Gay KIXX 1997", "Miss Gay New Orleans America 1996"," Miss Unique 1995", and" Miss Greater Alexandria 1993", and was nominated "Entertainer of the Year" for the 13th Annual Gay Appreciation Awards. In October 1998, Jessica was honored to place in the Top 5 at "Miss Gay America 1999", being named Fourth Runner Up to Miss Gay America, and again made Top Ten at "Miss Gay America 2000" in Washington D.C.
