- The Lambda Business & Professional Association, Inc., is a networking, support and development organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual and gay-friendly business and professional resources and shall serve as the Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Las Vegas Area. LAMBDA recognizes that it has a resposibility to nurture the success of individual Members, thereby contributing to the economic, social and political well-being of the community.
